Questions sellers ask

Do I need a registered business?

No. Individuals can sell on ErrandDrop. If you do have a registered business you can add those details for a verified badge, which helps customers choose you.

When exactly do I get paid?

The money is held the moment the customer pays. It moves to your wallet once they confirm the order is complete, and clears within about 24 hours. After that you can cash out any time.

What if a customer never confirms?

Orders confirm automatically after a set period, so payment is never stuck indefinitely. If there is a genuine dispute, support looks at the chat, the photos and the order history.

Can I still take cash?

Yes, cash on service is an option. It is not covered by ErrandDrop Protect though, so if a customer does not pay we cannot recover it for you. Most sellers keep it for people they already know.

How do rentals work?

You set a daily rate and, if you want, a refundable security hold. The customer pays both. The hold returns to them once you confirm the item came back in good condition.

Can I sell services and items from one store?

Yes. One store can list services, items for sale and things to rent. Many sellers do all three.
