You can delete your ErrandDrop account and the data held with it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both lead to the same outcome.
This is the fastest route and needs no waiting on us.
Deletion is processed within three to five working days. You will get a confirmation once it is done.
If you have lost access to the app, or removed it before deleting your account, use this form instead. It also handles deleting specific data while keeping your account.
We reply within two working days and complete the deletion within three to five.
Some records cannot be deleted on request because Philippine law requires us to hold them. These are kept separately from your account and are not used for anything else.
Everything else goes, permanently. We cannot restore an account once it has been deleted.
Finish or cancel anything still in progress first. An order that is paid for but not yet completed cannot be settled after your account is gone, and any balance you are owed must be withdrawn before deletion. We will tell you if either applies when you make the request.
